Glad you got it fixed. I thought about that early on because usually if the I/O cards are not right you get this error: "10 Button I/O not found"

I got a new button set from Spin.com and boy were they a nice set of buttons. It took a little bit of time to change out, tons of wire swapping, but in the long run they look and work great. The button set also included all new LED bulbs which was a bonus. Thanks for all the help.

Just to clarify a few things. The 802 board is able to be used in a some 2 row deck machines but it can only be 1 801 card and it has to be in the slot it would be in a single row s2k(behind the belly door). All senet devices are daisy chained together and require an address. 801 boards the address is locked in hardware 802 boards pull there address from the jumpers on the sockets they go into. The cabinet io board on the cpu box has nothing to do with the reels other than you plug the backlight driver board into it. Someone once read in the schematics there are inputs labeled reel1 - reel5 but these inputs are not populated on the plug. The cabinet io board handles the candle lights the hopper and the handle switch and lockout solenoid. If you have ever had the problem with your reels spinning backwards and replacing an io card fixed it that’s because the card had a short on the senet data lines and it was effecting one of the buffer chips on the mpu I think its u76 or u67 on the 50x mpu.
