Let it Ride

I once played a video poker game at the Las Vegas Club that included the game Let it Ride. Does anyone know the manufacturer and if the game set is still available?

I have no knowledge of Bally machines or versions. Would you possibly know if there is a particular chip set that contains the game and which Game Maker models that will work.

GameMakers don't operate on chip sets. You can have a GameMaker with just one game. They can potentially hold 10, but you only really need 1 game (there's a maximum, but no minimum). The games are on indivudal EPROMs that are inserted into the MPU, which has 10 sockets for game EPROMs.


Same applies for V7000 and V7200 model machines.

I'm considering putting together a Game Maker for my elderly Father-in-law who happens to love Let it Ride in the casinos. In fact, when he goes to Black Oak they know him and open the table for his use.

For those of you reading this thread please take note regarding playing Let it Ride in the casino. I'm a poker player so this particular table game is real bore. However, this is a great game for those who for one reason or another may not be able to act as quickly as needed on other table games. I have seen people could hardly move and in wheelchair be able to play the game. The actions is a bit slower so there is time to act for those who need it. My Father-in-law has the aftermath of two strokes and two heart attacks. For him, the slower actions and making one decision at a time allow him to play a live table game with some comfort and without intimidation.

No problem, glad we could help! As to the "Disclaimer" you added, no need. On our wedding night, Darrell was able to clear the table and command the pitbosses (and surveillance's, I'm sure) attention when he was dealt a 4 card royal flush on Let It Ride....NO! He didnt hit it, but did get a Flush, so not a total waste of time, lol, was a very nice hit. While some may see Let It Ride as a waste of time or perhaps boring, we still find it to a very enjoyable game, wether in the casino or at home...
