I've been banging my head against this slot for about a week now.  Really appreciate the help thus far.  My previous issue(Coin-In Jam Error) is gone thanks to the door I/O cards from RB.  Once the current problem is solved I will mark the Coin-In Jam error thread solved.

The error I am now seeing is the 7-Segment Display Mismatch.  This was not present prior to switching out the I/O card in the door but now, other than call attendant and Closure M, are the only errors I am getting.

Through googling I have noticed that most of the issues with this error has to do with the battery.  My watch battery is good, 2.92 volts and the Varta is also good.  The other issues apparently are from converting the machine to another theme which isnt the case here.

Anyone have a suggestion on clearing this?  I have tried clearing the errors by using the door lever.

You probably have the wrong display type configured in the key chip menu.  How many led digits do you have on the credit/win/total bet. Is it 6/6/3 or 5/5/2.  You can see how it is configured by going into the setup menus and go to the key chip II menu and scroll through the options until you get to the 7-segment display type.  Press spin reels and see how it is configured.  My bet is that it does not match what you have on the slot.

Hi Rickhunter,

You are correct!  It is set at 5/5/2 and I have the 6/6/3.  I would imagine this takes a set chip to change since all I can do is view the setting, not change it via the spin wheel, etc buttons.

Yes key chip is needed. I have some coming in a few days sooner than expected if you're not in a big rush. In fact tracking shows they are in KC. Ironic.
Quality doesn't cost. It pays.

That is ironic they are here in KC ha!  But that's great and wont be long before they are at your door.  I will give you a shout tomorrow to get a set ordered and I was going to see if you had a part I need to replace too.  Thanks again RB.

Key Chip allowed me to change the segments to correct settings.  It's up and running!  Thanks to RB for the clear and key chips!
