There's a document in the IGT - AVP file section that shows the Game Type Compatibility.  Download it, match it to your games, and then you'll know exactly what files you need to ask for.

Also there are so many variations of certain games, you need to know the firmware number for your game. Depending on the game type it may look like this

GCon014-004ET7-A01 ==> 014 is the game family 4ET7 is the firmware ID and A01 is the game version.

GCON is usually a stepper game (or an MLD version of the stepper game) that also requires a GT file which looks like this

Type014-004-03101-01 The important part here is the 004-03101 number, the 01 is the version.  Any version higher than the recommended will also work, so 004-03101-05 will also work.

the GC file for SUPERTIMESPAY-V13 is GC014004v130001 or 014004v130002,or 014004v130003, these use GT file GT0140040000101. there is one more GC file that one is GC014004v130004, this one uses GT file GT0140040000103. TPLDBLDIAFG-X10 the GC file is 014004x10d003, the GT file for that one is the same as first 3..GT0140040000101.hope this helps
