Looking for quantity 5 -  IGT SB100497's. I simply cannot get one burned that works. I have been burning EPROMS since the 1970's lol... These chinese 27C4002's suck. Like most everything from china.

Looks like RB has ya covered.  I haven't had too many problems with the chinese 27C4002s, but have had had quite a few issues with 27C801's.  Hopefully it's not a corrupt file that has spread around.  That's happened before I know.  Everyone has it and everyone's is the same bad file.

Maybe I am doing something wrong lol. They burn fine. CRC matches fine. I read a chip that works fine. (several times) They are marked 100ns but may just be too slow. I have 50 of them. They are used. Check out blank etc. I give up.   RB has me covered tho. :)

I ran across that too and I the only thing I could figure out was that the access time must not have been what was stamped on the chip.  Sucks if you have 50 of them all like that though.  RB will get ya fixed up!

I'm glad I only got like about 2 dozen 27C801's from China....those suck!

RB must have a nuclear burner! haha
