MK5 (I believe) can't clear Door open cash box (bill acceptor)

On this Lil Lucy game I'm getting this when I power up & close the main door. The cash box is in all the way, the cash box door is shut but I'm still getting this message & the bill acceptor is not going into the green LEDs ready state. All other door switches are showing closed. Is there somewhere I can bypass this? Thanks

if the machine is a mav500 style upright, there is a connector under the bv assembly. 2 wire lead you can probably jump it there(might even be unplugged atm)

looks like a mav500 machine to me.. there is a 2 wire lead under the BV(possibly behind it) should be from the same loom that the rest of the BV wires come from

Got it up & running, thank you Wizened. Now another question, is there a YouTube video or some type of instructions somewhere that shows how to change this machine to a different game theme? I have several other chips that came with it, I may want to change it to Buffalo, thanks in advance
