WMS BB2 Transmissive reel super multi progressive set up (max bets not set)error

I am trying to set up a WMS BB2 five reel transmissive game.  The game is “Hollow’s Riches” and it is a super multi progressive SAP.  Each reel has its own progressive and I get an error message “max bets not set”. When I go to the pool set up, I select all the preset options and when I exit that screen I get this message: one or more progressive pools are scaling progressive pools. The progressive configuration is not complete until max bets are saved after the game finishes loading l. The settings in this screen will be cached until max bets are saved.  If the machine is powered cycled prior to configuring the max bets, you will need to reconfigure progressives via this screen because the configuration will only be persisted after max bets are set.  WHERE OR HOW DO I SAVE MAX BETS?   Thanks in advance, so close to getting an all time favorite game playable.
