I am pro gun control (I am a Canadian so what do you expect) however I highly doubt that any of the safe guards O' is proposing is going to make a change to the massacures that have come of late.

Gun Control only affects the honest gun owners.
The criminal gun owner aren't allowed to have guns
so their not going to obey the laws.
