In order to change the payout percentages on the China Shore (assuming you have a K2V not KP3 platform) is to do the following.
1. Power down machine
2. Open belly door and logic board door
3. Using the board levers flip them outward to release the board from the back plane and pull straight out towards your body to gain easier access to the CF card slots
4. You will notice an empty CF slot given you don't have any standalone jackpot controllers installed like Jackpot Streams, Quick Strike, etc. If you see ROM 8 on the board you do have a standalone jackpot controller CF installed.
5. If CF card is empty insert your RAM clear CF card otherwise if it's occupied with a standalone jackpot controller remove it to insert the RAM clear CF card.
6. Power on the machine to start the Ram clear process.
7. Press the Max Bet button to proceed.
8. Press the Max Bet button to edit the existing configuration.
9. Select the option given your touch screen is enabled that says pay table setup
10. Select the payout percentage you like from the list based on the denomination you desire to change. Note if you have a standalone jackpot controller installed it will prevent you from using multi-demon percentages for example you want to have 1cent be set at 85% while $1 is at 89% which is possible if you don't have any standalone jackpot controller like Quick Strike installed. If you only have 7 ROMS on your logic board then you need not worry about this. Percentages can't be changed for more than one demon so you have to pick one vs having all options there. If you have 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 1, 2 and 5 dollars setup now you will have to pick only one of those if you have or want to continue using the standalone jackpot controller. If you have it and don't want it then remove ROM 8 and when your done with your RAM clear process leave it empty and do not reinsert the standalone jackpot controller CF.
11. Verify the demonation settings by just selecting the option onscreen and pressing the change button to exit.
12. Press the Max Bet button on your machine to commit the changes
13. Power down the machine.
14. Open your logic board door and slide out the board using steps from above
15. Remove the RAM clear CF card from your logic board and close the logic board door.
16. Turn on your machine and enjoy the changes.
Photo is attached to show the CF slot on the logic board in case that stumps you.
That is all there is to it.
