After removing a lot of what it could be I am back to the same question, when the door is closed, latched why is the pull handle unlocked and the lower candle light flashing. The game does play and function, except for the handle being unlocked, light flashing.
Brief synopsis of what's eliminated.

I checked for any burnt connections.
The buttons on the front, I checked all of them, and I unplugged the buttons just to see if anything could be the issue.
The door optics have been checked out, with the self test.
I removed the hopper.
I gone through the plugs at the computer.

What am I missing.

I was going to take a picture of those switches when I was at my storage unit last weekend, but I didn't. If no one else jumps in I will get you a pic in a few days.
I think Green is common and then the other colors for each function, but I can't remember which is Reset, Accounting and Last Game.
