I have the same issue with my machines. My machines which are set to $0.01 accounting denomination will accept all tickets. My machine which has an accounting denomination of $0.25 will only accept tickets which are evenly divisible by $0.25   For example it will accept a ticket of $10.25,  but will reject a ticket for $10.26

The only solution I know is to set all machines to $0.01 accounting denomination, unless there is some menu solution I'm unaware of.

IGT I-Game and Game King / Help on my GameKing issue
« Last post by jimhowardjr on Today at 07:08:09 AM »
Hi All,

I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction in trying to figure out what I did to my machine.  My GameKing machine was working fine until i tried to move it.  I had it temporarily on top of a milk crate as I was redoing the floor on my finished side of the basement.  When I was taking the working slot machine down from the milk crate, it slid off the end and the bottom hit the floor pretty hard.  I moved the machine back to it original location and plugged it in...no lights lit and nothing showed up on the screen when I turned it back on.  When I shut the machine off, I did see the screen flicker as can be seen in the video link below (a link on one drive since the video file is too big to attach).

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jim

Hello from Paris.

We'll be in NYC next week and need advises for you "the team" !
I'll have to replace the Pull Handle mechanism, I can find one on worldwide-gaming.

But "Houston, I have a problem," when I switch off the slot machine, I lost all the previous settings of the multimedia "chips/board".
Do I have to change the green big battery "B2" on the board ? Now the voltage is about 15.1 mV. What is the ref, need to find one ?

I put a global picture of the main board, do you know if there is a fun upgrade to do regarding the chip version I have ?

Thank you.

Nobody here has had any luck with the 8600 board.
And never heard of those instructions or ever seen a manual.
Not sure it would matter which side of the reset switch to connect to. Give it a try.

Yes, that black button on mpu is the reset. You can also try the yellow reset at top right corner of the open door after leaving it on for a minute.

UPDATE: I ended up just buying a refurbished printer because I realized that would be the better option in my case. The refurbished printer has been working perfectly. I have now listed the printer that has the issue for sale in the classifieds. The link to the listing is below.

Up for sale is a Gen2 printer that has come out of my S2000 machine. It works and prints tickets clearly, however, please see the link below. This is a thread that I started in regards to the issue this printer has. While the ticket will come out eventually most of the time, it does jam. Could possibly be rollers or rubbers or something, I really don't know. I decided not to do any repairs to it and ended up purchasing a refurbished printer and harness to replace this one... and the replacement has been working perfectly in my machine. As you can see in the photos, the outside of the harness was apparently shredded a bit when I bought it. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The sliding piece on the bottom of the printer is included too. I am asking $70 shipped. If you're interested, then PM me. Thanks.
