I just got this coin less machine tonight and turned it on and got a call attendant coin-out jam error does anyone know what it might be. ty

Have you opened up the machine and inspected the hopper, especially the hopper knife and the coin out sensor areas? And take a look at the coin exit path. Post photos of the internal part of the machine if you aren't sure about something.

I would pull out and re-seat the cabinet I/O card (always with power off).

1. Did you change anything in the settings menu?
2. Did it work when you were looking at it before purchase?
3. Did you hit the CASH OUT button?

Oops - I missed that part in your original post. Is the preference setting still set to coinless operation, maybe it got changed by mistake or changed due to a weak/dead battery or a reset/clear process? I'd make sure it is still setup for coinless operation.

shortrackskater thats how it was when i picked it up i got it thinking it was something easy to fix im not sure on how to get in the settings on these im trying to learn these

Where did you get this machine?
I'd make sure, for the future, that you make sure your seller gives you the things you need for clear/reset of the machine, in case this happens. It's no fun to spend a bunch of money and have a useless machine with a pretty screen to stare at.

I don't know enough about this to be of much help. Hopefully the more knowledgeable members will chime in soon and help you get it going.

I seem to remember sometimes you can clear that with open door and turn jackpot reset key to clear error? I could be wrong, on that though. I seem to remember clearing S2000 coin out jams that way?

Is the hopper enabled in the cashout devices menu? To check press MPU test button -> Setup -> Machine Options -> Cashout Devices. If it is and someone hit the cashout button then the machine will try to payout from a hopper that isn't there and cause that error. The only way I know of to clear the payout is to clear the machine with a keychip.

key 40 worked but now still cant get my king of the grill working i cant get it to clear everything using key 40

Are you SURE you disabled the hopper and coin comparator? I've never set up an I game but I think the settings are similar as other machines.

the bewitched one is fixed. The king of the grill will not clear

OK, the original problem with the first machine is fixed. What is the problem with King of the Grill...Coin out jam like Bewitched had?
