Aristocrat MK6 Buffalo Volume
« on: December 11, 2018, 10:14:55 PM »

I have an Aristocrat MK6 Buffalo I believe. I know NOTHING about these machines. My machine works great, I just have a volume issue. Where and how is this adjusted? Thanks to anybody that can answer this noob question.

Have you tried using the menu option for operator settings?  Turn the tubular key on the side of the cabinet to display the menu on the screen.

Yeah, mine is popped out and I obviously did not get it back in correctly. OK, another question.......… Is there a special harness needed to hook up a topper?

If you are talking about a second display, see the post on this forum called mk6 upper display setup.  This can be done on only certain cabinets.

No, I was wanting to put a topper on it, not a monitor.

The volume controls are in the operator setup.
You need to get the key switch working to make any adjustments.

Here is the part numbers

If you cant get enough adjustment through the operator setup you can adjust them more on the audio board. There are dip switches you can change to make it A LOT louder are softer.
