Bad OS or Bad game ROM

Is this the sign of a bad OS card or bad ROM?
When it gets to game manager it pop up with call attendant and I get this message.


I have tried two different Clear cards.
I'm trying to load Win it Again Lucy with OS card 13.37, the only other OS card I have is 13.471 and it constantly reboots the machine when it gets to Game manager and it has done this since i got it

Docs say H13.20,  sometimes the older games have issues with newer os  I would try older OS.

That error is not a bad card, you would get a validation failure.

Thanks for the info. I guess who I bought it from sent the wrong OS with it. Unfortunately I only have 13.15 as my other working OS in the 13 family.

Sometimes they put the minimum requirements to what is certified at the time the game was released but in your case 13.15 definitely won't work as "Win It Again" feature was added to 13.20 (1663) and 13.21 (1670).
I know it will work fine up to at least 13.33 (1693) as that's what I had in mine, not sure after that.


 Rick, are there any games that require audio? Like if the orange cable isn't connected?

The orange cable is digital audio.  Most earlier cabinets have only the analog audio connected.  You can use either one, and it doesn't matter as the game doesn't care if it's digital or analog audio.  There are two different amp boards that connect audio to the amplifiers. The original (Usually green amp) has the audio input connected through a white small molex connector, the board also did not have the rca connector for digital audio (The original BB1 cpu's had not digital audio output).  The "blue" amp boards came with the coax digital audio input, but they also had an 3.5mm stereo minijack that supplied the audio.  You can have either one of these connected.  I believe if you leave both, the digital audio takes precedence.   Digital audio tends to be louder than the analog audio in my experience.
