S-Plus LED Change Out

I've seen posts where people ask how to switch out to LEDs on their S-Plus machines, but I didn't see too many photos or details about where to get stuff. I tried my best to photograph my project. Results may vary.

My machine had F15T8 fluorescent tubes so I purchased two of these, but they were listed at $16-ish at the time so I scored all 4 tubes for around $33. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Rotatable-F15T8-LED-Tube-Light-2PC-7W-18-17-3-4-pin-to-pin-Works-from-120Volt/402417005696.


I only have a before and after photo of the buttons because it was pretty straight forward. I unseated the switch from the bottom of the button and moved the wires one-by-one to keep things in order. I unscrewed the old buttons and seated the new buttons. I had to spin some of the buttons to the correct orientation so the guide pin(s) would be in the right place.


The tube replacements were more involved. I removed the ballasts and starters and rewired so neutral was entering on one side of the light and hot was entering the other.


I need to find LED replacements for the denomination, insert coin, and coin accepted light... and maybe the candle lights.
