Purchased bb3 Blade on marketplace

I may have purchased a faulty machine or it may be software related... maybe someone can help me with it.  I purchased a BB3 in Houston and I should have been more careful since it wasnt ready when I picked it up.  He was still working on it and had to replace the CPU.  he got it to come up and play and I took it home.  Since, it has locked up every few hours and its a real pain to clear and install over and over.  It has a illinois multigame (elvis, sparticus, beerhaus, etc.).  The guy I purchased from said it was the software and he would send me another one.  He has yet to do this and is very sketchy about when.  Anyone have any ideas on how I can test more or what to check?  I am currently looking for more software to purchase to try that.  Is everyone having probs with this Illinois GC? BTW, I am not enabling the 2 games that I shouldnt.

When it locks up, what does it do?  If you open the door when it locks up, do you get a screen with messages on the right hand side?
