Harvs, Not sure if it matters much but Jim Salyer mounted mine inside main cabinet as photo shows. pretty easy to get at it.
Yes, 1 spot. If you have the harness with the 20pin (1st pic), plug that right into J21 on the MB (2nd pic), works.

I am going to install it up top behind the monitor, but for now it tworks perfect sloppily laying in the machine.  :cool_thumb_up:

I mounted mine behind the monitor. Will move it up top once I trace the J21 to the left distribution plug.

Actually, do TSE's get hot? There is a fan on the cab to the left of it but I have it mounted closed. Shat.

No they don't get real hot. In their native habitat they are mounted directly to the back of the top box monitor which gets hotter than they do.

Don't sweat it on your install.  It will be fine.

I don't know if they get hot or not. I have not noticed it on mine.

Were these ever used in actually BB2 cabs? I would assume if they were they would of been mounted behind the lower monitor?

They were only used in the BB1 Dual Screen Cabinets where they were mounted to the upper monitor which was on a tilt type mount for access to the board/CF card.

Got it working! Thanks everyone! Also, if you plan on using the TSE board with those new fast booting OS cards, they do not work with the TSE board. At least the times I tried back on my BB1 conversion.

What super fast booting OS card are you referring to?  Does anything that needs a tse-tse board use OS 13.xx family where the super fast one resides?

Thanks
