S+ stuck on Code 21

I have IGT S+ reel we use for slot tournaments. A week ago it came up with the battery low error (code #13) so I changed the battery and now the code changed to a coin in tilt (code #21). The machine is been on our floor before I started working at this casino so I've noticed it didn't have the comparitor on there so the wires are just hanging in there without a jumper. Does anyone know if it does need a jumper for the comparitor harness to get rid of the error code? If that's a yes does anyone know how the jumper wires is wired to get rid of this error?

The 4 green wires all together. If I remember it's 2, 4, 6, and 10, but I know they are all green

I only see 2 green wires. They are together in 1 pin, the rest are mostly orange wires.

Is the entire coin mechanism out of the machine?
Which parts I'm referring to are the coin comparitor, the coin-in optics board and the metal box that holds it all together.
How do the players add credits to the machine?
A bill validator or a free-play circuit board?
Or does the backroom add credits via the COM tracking unit?

Note: I removed the photo I posted of the S2000 plug...it is different than the S+

Yes there is no coin play at all for the machine. Hopper and comparitor were removed. I did jump the wiring plug on the door, made sure all the doors are closed but still code still comes up. The code goes away after I close the main door then just when the reels are about to go into the reset mode, they spin slightly then the code comes back.

Are you sure Bunker? The one's I've done all 4 go together. 2, 4, 6, and 10. Is S2000 different than S+? I have only done it on S+.

They are different but you are correct therockinelvis!!!
The 4 green wires tied together will work for the S+.
I had mistakenly named my S2000 plug picture wrong! Ugh! Getting old! Lol

Here's a photo of one I made many years ago...lol
It IS pins 2-4-6, and 10 that are tied together.
If you click on the photo, you can see the pins I've numbered.
I just soldered the wires together...guess I should have used an electrical wire twist to protect the bare solder.... hahaha!

Thank you gentlemen for your help especially Stayouttadabunker! I did the wiring tied all together (with wire twist..hehe) and the code went away. The machine is back in business!

Glad you got it. I too had a diagram but could not find it on my computer. Ever since the windows 10 upgrade, everything is out of place and finding some things is impossible.
