AFTER Shock Blade Stepper

Ok I have a WMS AFTER Shock reels game.   Blade Stepper cabinet


You can play it for 30 minutes then it glitches.  The Screen that is usually at the top where you can read the meters moves to the bottom screen and then you can't read the ins and outs because the numbers cant be seen because there isn't enough screen to show them on. You can see all the other numbers. The numbers I need would be right where the cut out is for the reels to show through.


My question is what would cause the screen to jump from the top screen down to the bottom screen.


This machine is in a game room. So I'm thinking of putting a back up battery on it to regulate the electricity.


What could be causing this problem?


We already cleared it once and set the machine back up.


Can any body help me?

It could be the video card in the 3.2. Do you know what version it is?
