Hello all!!

Thank you so much for the last year of support and help on growing my knowledge of slots machines and parts.

I am stilla noob for sure. I have some great news though. I finally got my tractor trailer truck of slot parts. Its been a long time coming. These are parts from both Trump Plaza and Trump Taj Mahal casinos in Atlantic city. Lots of new items coming your way. Lots of new IGT Aritocrat WMS and Ballys glass, reels, software, Eproms, chips, more IGT controllers, sound cards and tons of parts coming your way daily. My company has evolved over the last year and I have 2 full time listers who will be listing these items on eBay daily. We don't know much at all about these items. Pictures best describe them and we are trying to do our best to get up as much as fast as possible. Please do not ask me to find you any items. We are processing everything as we get to it. First come first serve. I just want you all to know new items are coming up daily. I am thinking we have over 5,000 pieces of glass and lots of sets. Lots of new straight from the factory stuff too. I have pallets of this stuff to list. Just wanted to give you all a heads up and thank you again for your help in trying to learn what some of this stuff is.

So also wanted you all to know we know very little about these items so best to go through them as you may very well find hidden treasures where we listed them wrong because we know nothing about them. As stated 20-40 new items going up daily. I estimate at least 2 months of daily listings full time to get everything listed but too be honest I have no idea. Thank you for your interest!! I looked at some of your listings...reel "slides" really should be called "reel strips"...however some call them "tapes" too...lol

Dude, this may sound harsh but just stating facts. You admittedly claim you don't know a lot about this stuff. You have mismatched stuff you are calling kits listed for sale at more than premium prices. Calling yourself a liquidator is a huge overstatement. There's an I Game Double Diamond 2000 kit matched with some Double RWB reel strips for $150. I Games do not even have reels.

You show 153 available pair of SG000363 chips for $18.99 a pair. I would buy a few of these just to keep from having to burn them regularly for like 3.99 a pair. They're worth a little more to the guy who just needs a pair. The blank chips cost about $2.50 ea.

You do need help identifying & matching parts along with fair pricing. The name of the game is moving product. I have purchased a couple items myself & have been pleased but when you price items 3X more than they're worth, most people laugh & don't even bother making you an offer.

Above are only examples. I do not have time to tell you what is wrong or right with all your listings. Again no offense intended but think you need a little enlightenment about the slot related stuff you're trying to "Liquidate".

I appreciate your help but I don't think you understand my situation at all. I fell into this stuff as a business opportunity not a hobby. I have no idea what this stuff is worth and it's better to start it out higher than to give this stuff away. Ultimately I'm selling things to make money to keep my people employed. Please point me to a cross-reference guide...oh there is none. Exactly. So I'm doing the best I can with what I'm given. My employees are doing their best what with what they are given. None of this stuff is searchable via completed listings on eBay because as you know lots of this stuff is hard to find. I will forward these fixes to my guys to correct. Any help is appreciated.

Not trying to beat a dead horse, but in my opinion most every listing I have seen is really overpriced. I'd recommend at least including n "or best offer" with your listings. It seems redundant to me to employ people to list items on ebay and just have the listings sit there with no sales being made. .... perhaps save yourself a few steps and take a few pics of 10-15 items in a pic and post it here as " reasonable offers accepted". ... I totally agree with RB on this ... if you sell any of those kits, you're going to spend even more time and money trying to resend the correct parts for the kit or the buyer is just going to file a complaint and get a refund anyway.... not telling you what to do ; just trying to save you some aggravation. At this point most NLG members here aren't going to purchase anything anyway because you're prices are really bad......

If I were you I would take it off eBay until you identify it correctly because if you start selling it you are going to be refunding money and getting a lot of negative feedback.

I agree, All parts should be listed correctly and "make offer" if you are new to these parts. In time you will figure it out. I am excited when some one says "trailer load of parts" so I check your listings every day to see whats new. I to am looking for hard to find parts so I wish you the best of luck selling. Bill

Bump as I have out lots more up. We are working through the trailer as fast as we can and working on. A new inventory management system to hold all the glass. Is all this glass worth putting up?

The problem with glass is it cost too much to ship, so you need to practically give away, unless it a rare piece that is in demand.

This igt Bally and wms glass I have been putting up is costing me let's say around $2 a piece to put up in labor. Using the pieces I have put up thus far on my account as a sample of what all else I have, would you continue investing the money to get them all up? I have no idea but I'm guessing I have another 2000+ pieces to list. Are there any pieces I have up or that if I find you guys can tell me to just trash them because they have no value or the market is saturated? Any help would be appreciated.

I do think I have a few igt controllers in there as well for, those asking and tons of other stuff. Only 1/3rd of the way through the trailer.

I think you have to judge for yourself. How well is the glass sales going for you? As a collector that moved on to platforms that no long use glass I tried to sell the couple hundred pieces I had, some of which were part of complete kits, very little sold. I trashed almost all of it. IGT Glass Titles like Double Diamond and Haywire still seem to be popular, so maybe concentrate on glass like that.

Bump as we have over 2000 items up and some new rare items newly listed and going up today. I found a few more igt controllers too for progressive slots that a lot of people have been asking about. Should be up today.
