WBA-12-SS doesn’t read tickets. Any suggestions?

I have a S2000 enhanced, 5 times lucky sevens machine. It has a ticket printer that works fine and a bill validator (WBA-12-SS) that seems to accept the newer bills, including $100! I’ve had the machine for about 7 years and I can’t recall if I ever tried to see if would accept a ticket printed from the machine.
Well, today I tried it. The BV did not accept the ticket. I printed a couple more tickets and none worked.


Does anyone know if the is a setting on the machine itself, or on the BV that needs to be set/changed?
I see the DIP switches on the side of the BV that are all switched to OFF. Does one of those switched need to be flipped on?


Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! I’m not very educated on these machines at all. I only know enough to get myself in trouble!!

You will need to invest in a TiTo unit for your game to be able to read and redeem your printed ticket. You can find them here for around $30-$$50 and are easy to install. I hope this answers your question.
