Game King will not cash out

I have a game king that locks up when you push the cash out button.
This problem is in the machine itself.
I have switched boards and software. Put a board in one machine it goes to attendant pay.
Put the same board in another machine it locks up. I know the cash out button works.
The machine works fine as long as you don’t cash out.
Anyone else had this problem.

Sounds like the SAS or validation settings are off. Try a full clear & set it up again. Is it not giving any error when it locks up?

I have cleared it 3 or 4 times.
No errors when you push cash out, it just locks up.
I pulled the board from 1 machine That works fine and the memory chip From the motherboard and install it in the other and it locks up.

Wow, try the I/O cards, other than that check all the motherboard connections. If all else fails you might need to replace that MB. I very rarely see a bad MB though. Keep us posted.

Betcha it's a bent pin on the motherboard or door I/O card.....causes crazy things to happen.

Check them carefully under magnifying light....even one slightly bent and not fully getting all the way into a socket hole fully will do nutty things.
