IGT slant top Handpay?

Hello All!

I got my bill validator working on my Game King 1996. However now I hit the cash out button and now displaying a Hand pay message that says to call attendant. How do i clear this? I tried turning the only key switch i can find - but it is just the attendant menu, and i don't see a way to clear the hand pay.  I don't see any switches or menu options to clear this. Any help i would be super grateful!

Make sure the game is in play mode (all doors closed) and then turn the jackpot reset key (uses 2341 key), that should clear it.

Where is the physical switch located? I tried turning the only switch I see, but that just takes me to the attendant menu. I don't see any unhooked wires or such, so I am not sure if i am over looking it.

I don't own a slant top, but I believe it's under the front and should be the only lock that takes a 2341 key.  If you're getting an attendant menu then it's the right one.  If it's going to the attendant menu instead of resetting the hand pay screen then you have some type of error on the machine.  It has to be in game play mode in this case meaning showing handpay on the screen and usually playing some type of music.  Then when you turn the key it will reset.
