Pays don't match payout on glass

i have S2000 double 5X but put coins in play hits cherry and no win and then you get 3 different symbols and it wins . Which chip is wrong on the board ?

you have the wrong ss chip (you have ss7754 which is for 5x Pay).  You'll need to purchase a new chip and then you should be good to go.

rjpohl this is an s2000 doen't he just need a SB100050 and remove that ss chip?
 Does he even need that SSChip?

Just another repair option for this problem for non lighted reel strips. I saw the same issue on someones S2000 and problem was that the reel strips were not installed in the correct position.
