Paycheck 4 printer with BB2 question

Greetings!


I bought a BB2 and it works quite well EXCEPT that I can’t get the printer to work. When I bought it the printer was disconnected with both the 14 pin Molex printer connector and a USB cable dangling inside. I connected the printer using the 14 pin Molex serial connector, performed a BB2 ram clear, and tried all the printer configurations in the BB2. No luck.  I ran a test print from the printer and it works fine as well.  Printer dip switches are set to NANPTX 950 (0000).  Printer firmware is Pay-5.47F.  I tried configurng the BB2 printer interface using the excellent YouTube video but I suspect that my printer is not configured properly. Any ideas?
