Looking at Industry peers LVS (Sands), Wynn, etc the entire market is down. SO this might be a good time to buy however looking at the fundamentals - other than the RedRock most of their properties are much older and will likely need significant capital investment. Also the trend seems to be moving away from gambling and into entertainment (night clubs etc) - I love the Oyster Bar in Palace station but there is not much else food or entertainment wise that would draw me into these properties.

I would suspect that given the new "corporate" ownership some of the more liberal blackjack rules (ie 3/2 payout on a $5 table), surrender etc will slowly be eroded (ie 6/5 on anything under $25).
