Larry (I) also fixes those older monitors.

I just got a Tatung going that had vertical collapse.

Call Larry and send it in also.

i did a safe ram clear and pun old chip in p10 and took out some chips that were questionable, the screen was the same but in a fameral pattern, it looked like the set up screen, so i guessed at what it said and pushed buttons and turned the key to lock it in then restarted game and it came up normal but it wont take quarters or let me play. think ill try again before i give pu

i was checking the ohm readings on the resistors and wasn't getting a reading on one, down by battery and i was getting 5.4 volts on battery. think that's what is my problem?

If you read the battery with power on you may get that reading but with power off it shouldn't be more than 3.67VDC.

The battery should be a 3.6V non rechargeable Lithium Ion, did someone put a 4xAA battery pack in it's place?

See attached. No coin in may be a faulty options setup.

 i asked this guy that has video games in this pizza joint at my night time job said that's what they call garbage and to take out all the chips remember where they go , use a soft brush and hold it under running water and gently scrub the front and back. then use a air compressor and blow dry it, wait a couple weeks and try it,, well i tried it and it worked...I'd like to thank everyone for all there input. :thank_you:

NEI (as opposed to TMI).

What make of monitor is it? Is the line Horz or Vert? Have you tried it in another machine to see if the problem is with the monitor or the board? Can you see the game graphics? Does the game play?
