IGT triple cherry credit problem

Does anyone know why my IGT Triple Cherry slot machine does not keep credits on the machine.  If you win it instantly pays out the quarters, it used to display credits so you could either push the button to be paid or you could play with credits on the machine, my bill validator quit working also.  I am wondering if it has to do with the e-prom procedure I had to perform.  Any help will be appreciated.

To help you out we'll need to know which IGT platform you have. Is it S, S+, S2000, AVP, etc?

Gus,  go to the S+ section, look at the second how to guide Diagnostic flip cards,  read these first, go to page three,  you will see the 5_0-2 in the winner paid section,  you get to this menu by pressing the white test button until you see the 5_0-1-2 in the winner paid window, then press the spin reels button until you have 5_0,  close the door and latch, now the wins should go up to credits.
