It looks like it’s kicking before the wipers have time to lock-out.
Try adjusting the ‘L’ stop bracket a bit forward. (It is on back lower right side of reel mech.) you should move it slightly toward front of machine. This should give wipers more time to latch before kick and spin.
Was it working ok before?  Is machine warmed up?

It wasn’t working before , this is the way I got it . I’ll adjust the L bracket as instructed and I’ll report back.
Thank you

Next you might want to adjust the large threaded rod that is attached to your pump arm. The one with the great big spring on it. Adjust the front nut (front of machine) counter clockwise about one turn. This should shorten the shaft length and allow a delay in the kickoff. This will allow your wipers to latch in better.
If that works then snug up the back nut on that shaft to take out slop.

Can it be that you are missing the fan to the clock timer on the left side of your reel mechanism ?

now the second and third reel are working properly, no idea why the first wiper is instantly slamming into the reel .

There is a trip / latch lever in the mechanism that might be gummed up and needs lubricant.
It has a bit of an oval shape to it. Best to clean all three as they seem a little hesitant.

Old Reno I made a small adjustment to the L bracket and the second and third reel started working but not the first reel so I went back and made another adjustment and all three stopped working properly, so I made another adjustment and now all three reels work as they should .
Thank you very much Sir !

Oh man, I was hoping you would show the rest of us the "L" bracket and how you adjusted it.  Pictures are everything in case I ever have this issue.

Sam ,
Right side of the reel mech , low and to the back , there are two small bolts holding the L bracket , adjust as necessary. If you come too far forward your handle will lock in the down position, if it’s too far back the wipers will slam into the reels as soon as the reels start spinning , so there is a sweet spot for your machine, mine was about 3/16 from the back yours might be different, contact me if you get in a bind .
