S6000 stuck on error 52

I have a s6000 that’s stuck on 52. I believe this is the cash box optic? This game doesn’t have a bill validation in it anymore... how do you bypass this?

Just got it. Actually 6 of them.. was going to shop one or two to keep for my game room and part the rest.


I’m curious ... I read it’s a 4 pin connector that needs to be jumped to bypass the cash can?

Is the bill accepter harness plugged in? Unplug if that's the case. There are some machines that have some weird casino wiring. Check the i/o plug, see if there is a pin lifted with another wire in its place.

For anyone that experiences this in the future.. here’s what I did.. this game was missing the BV wire harness, took another one out of a spare machine and I shorted pin 1 and pin 2 (black and yellow wires), plugged this into the back pane board for the BV and now the error is gone and my game plays just fine as a coin in/coin out machine.

Also decided to bypass door optics so I won’t have to worry about those.
