Power off your machine, open the lid, grasp the monitor at the sides (there should be handholds), and pull it straight out. You might have to wiggle it a bit. When it starts to move, make sure it's not connected by a cable... it shouldn't be. Don't drop it and don't touch ANYTHING but the chassis or else  :lightningbolt: :lightningbolt: :lightningbolt: !!!
This way you can exam the back controls and try what I suggested.
Report back.

I will attempt those adjustments later this afternoon/evening. I have been informed that I have familial obligations right now and that I need to "get out of the garage..."
See below what I have. My question is this: What does "screen" do. I get "focus".

UGH... ok stick it back in, power up and first press the far left button which is a degaussing. It "clears" magnetic interference and may help a little. Have you tried pushing each button in front? One should bring up a main CRT menu (not related to the machine) and from there we should have a selection for horizontal position, I hope.
I'm no CRT expert here so I don't know the actual brand but it should be on the back, maybe on the inside part of the frame near the picture tube itself.  I'm not sure what that company did, but I live about 8 minutes from there! I doubt they manufactured the CRT. That address is a company called "House of Batteries" and has been there for at least 10 or more years.

Yeah, I've been messing with those buttons on front. The first button is basically the "menu" button the second one is "select" the third and forth are up and down. Unfortunately the menu options for centering the screen are maxed out in the directions I need to go. I'm going to attempt to operate a monitor to see if it will work that way. If so I am going to dump the CRT and find a suitable monitor that will fit in the space.
I just started to mess with the analog adjustments on the chassis of the CRT to see if I can get any better quality until I find a replacement.

A cap kit would possible resolve all that. Electrolytic caps tend to go bad after time. I've done three and all fixed my various issues.
