Issue with my Quick Hits machine

On my Quick Hits machine if I turn it off the next day ir so after that when I turn it back on it won't load the game unless I turn the small toggle switch on the MPU off & back on again. Do I need to just try another MPU or is there something else I can do to where it will boot up & load the game without having to turn the toggle switch off & on again?

It is best with alphas to turn off the cpu before the cab and main, and turn on the main and cab before turning on the cpu for just that reason.
