Question about Bally v32 Roulette control panel + setup
« on: July 23, 2020, 11:08:36 AM »
Good afternoon all - I just picked up a Bally v32 Roulette and I am assuming this is the original cabinet as the control panel only has three buttons (Spin, Service and Cashout) .. there are not any additional holes that have been blanked out. My question is, does this Roulette game support more buttons if I go through the game setup / config again?

Reason being is I could see wanting to run a different game at some point so I though about swapping the panel to one that has more buttons. I though it might be nice if Roulette is able to take advantage of those buttons as well.

I don't have my clear card yet so I've not been able to dive into those setting for myself.

Look at the machine configuration, how is the button panel configured? (under machine or cabinet setup)

Ah, thank you, so it is currently setup for 5 button deck panel. I wonder if that means if I did in fact have a different panel with more buttons, I would already have additional capabilities?

For routlette, there's nothing else you can do.  With any button pannel, only the spin, service and cashout do anything.  You could replace the button panel with the preferred easy bet button panel (the one with the big oval spin button) for V32's, or even the 15 button panel deck panel which has the most supported buttons.  Most of us have the Easy Bet button panels on our V32's.

Thank you for the confirmation. I had just tested this as well by hooking up the panel from my CashSpin v32... only buttons that illuminate and work are the Spin / Service / Cashout, just as you indicated. I do like the big oval spin button though...
