Progressive amounts not showing on top screen?

I just cleared & set up a Jackpot Wild 5 reel progressive machine, went thru all of the steps for 1.25 max bet set up & saved all the info before closing my door. Now the machine plays but the top 5 progressive amounts are not showing up in the top monitor. I followed the Better Slots Youtive video on the set up for 1.25 max bet, any ideas of what I may have skipped or not saved? This is not a TITO set up, cash only

It played the correct amount for 5 quick hits but still not showing the amounts on the top screen

Something out of whack for sure, I just got the free games bonus & it locked up on me & now says call attendant so I turned off for now

Possibly a bad OS card? I have plenty other ones but not sure if any of them will match up with my game card

I've never seen that before, I would clear and setup again and see if it happens again.

Even with the free games freezing up? Clear & start over? I have the following clear chips, which one should I use?
335-01
335-04
0320-00
0312-02
I used the 335-01 to originally set this up

Something is obviously not right.  I have never seen that before in the 4 years or so that I've had alphas.  The 335 clear card is the only one that will work with your bios.  If clearing and setup yields the same result, I would try another mpu.

That got it, tried another MPU, cleared & set it all up & everything works as it should now, thanks for the help sir
