GAMEKINGSLOTS.COM is a terrible company with ZERO customer service and they don't stand behind their product.
I purchased a Super Star Poker and an IGT G23 with 50 games at the end of June 2020.
Mid August 2020, to different machines showed up, both in terrible condition and both had damage. I contacted Ari, who I dealt with the entire time, and let him know the wrong machines showed up and they were dirty and damaged. It was obvious they were not cleaned prior to shipping. There was years of dust and dirt in them, I even sent him pictures. He said they shipped the wrong ones, those were supposed to go to someone in Arizona. I told him if mine were like that then cancel my order.
Mine finally showed up a few weeks later. Much cleaner but still not as advertised.
Now my journey. The Super Star Poker has NEVER worked right. It has been giving intermittent errors since day 1.. The IGT G23 worked for about 5 weeks, I turned it off for 2 days while I moved it to another room. Got it set and it worked for about 1 more week. I had to turn it off for some reason and when I turned it back on all I get is a message "Configuration verification required", "enter the eKey or operator menu" "NO GAME ENABLED".
Called Ali again, he wouldn't even talk about the poker machine. All he said was "It sounds like the G23 needs to be reset with a key or something" then said he would get back to me. Never heard back... I tried a few more time over then next few months and NOTHING from anyone in that company.. So I gave up for about 4 months then called Ali back and he said the same thing but did say he would definitely call me back the next day after he talked to a tech, that was 5 months ago...
Looks like I'm just stuck with some really big and really expensive paperweights...
