Hi Bettor! Pardon my noobishness here, I am looking to purchase a Game King VERY soon and ofc when I do get one I will want the Bettor TITO for it. What happens if it does come with a printer already? Just remove that and install yours? Or add parts from your kit to the existing printer? I was a mechanic for many years before I became disabled so neither should be an issue, just curious as to what I'm getting myself into heh. Thanks so much for your time, that Bettor TITO is legit one of the coolest things I've seen as far as upgrades go! :D

You will need a printer in your machine that will print a clear ticket. You will add the TITO to your machine following there instructions. Easy to do. Make sure you get a key chip with your machine. You will need it for programing the TITO. Good luck!

Oh sweet! Gotta find the dream Game King first and work with my fixed income now, being disabled sucks, but I am so happy to be back on NLG after a long absence. When I find the Game King I will just flat out ask the seller to send the key chip with it so I know it's the correct one (I'm still kinda new to the GK platform and learning, PE+ I know, I've owned one for like 10 years lol) and that it's surely here for any time I need it. Sounds pretty simple to do from what I've heard, no complaints about difficult installations. I hope financially I can swing all this, I am SO excited about it all and the price for such an amazing tool like Bettor made is VERY affordable and cheap IMO  :yes:

Thanks again for all the info guys, one other thing I meant to ask and forgot to. Is there only one type of printer for Gae Kings? If not is a certain brand preferred for Bettor TITO? Sorry for all the noob questions, trying to learn all I can. Thanks again!! :)

If the printer works with the cabinet, then it will work with bettor TiTo. The Tito board is nothing more than a SAS emulator that tells the machine how to print the tickets and how to validate the tickets it prints.  The hardware is independent of the software in this case.  So whatever printer your cabinet comes with, it will work fine as long as the printer itself is working correctly.

Excellent Rick, again I thank you for you help and knowledge. I'm generally a quick learner so hopefully I won't have to bug you and the others too much longer. Bettor TITO is a definite add for me when I get the Game King :D

Sorry again guys, 1 more n00b question and I assume it would be fine. I might have a slant top Game King in the works, I assume it works with both upright machines and slant tops as well? Ordered on black Friday and it arrived on Tuesday!  I installed it today (Wednesday) and it went super smooth and works great!!  Had fun playing the machine for a few hours with the wife, and printed seven $100 tickets to have on hand.

It is not dhcp, and I believe the default ip is 192.168.1.1, but it has been a while since I set mine up.
