they have a lot of sound simms.

Tom I have one I can send to you for 15 bucks. But it's been a while and as I recall the sounds from a 0013 are not all that great. I had it in a Triple Lucky 7s, hell i probably still do, the machine is in the garage. I just wonder if maybe there is a better sounding simm for that Game.

I was correct, I do have a 16" Triple Lucky 7s in the garage and even though I'll bet it hasen't been turned on in a year, it booted right up. I was also correct a DSV00013 sounds for crap. Because a DSV00013 is a 8 MEG simm I didn't think this would work but I tried a DSV00042 and it didn't give me any problems at all, ( A DSV00042 is a 16 MEG simm )

I like the WOF simm in this title, blows the 13 away! I agree, the sound from the 13 is sort of lame.

There are more than one WOF sound simms. I have a DSV00009 and a DSV00092. Do they sound the same ?? I don't know, I've been told they are close.

A 9 and 92 are very close, Diff. crowd noises, oohs and ahs, one beeps at times. Most people prefer the 92 from my observations.

I think this Classified is becoming a repair thread.

OK I just put a DSV00092 in this 3 reel Triple Lucky 7s and it does sound better than a DSV00013. Not to be out done I then tried a DSV00078 Top Dollar in the same machine. I think I prefer the DSV00078, plays kind of a different tune with each spin.

Thanks Buzz, here I was enjoying my WOF 92 simm in my 3 reel Triple Lucky 7's. now you have tempted me to buy a 78 Top Dollar simm to try. Yes, I am a simm freak.
Anyone have a 78 for sale? Sorry for the hijack.

Well you came to the right place, but my motto is test drive before you buy. Pm me your addrerss and I'll get it in the mail, if for any reason you don't like it just send it back. Because I like the sound doesn't mean you will. Hell in 1962 I bought a brand new Corvair, last GM product I ever bought.

Jimise, have you tried a Mummy simm in your Double Diamond Deluxe? If not, treat yourself, it's awesome! Has nudge sounds, as Mummy is also a nudge game.

It's a DSV00019. You will never regret it, best damn simm there is in my opinion, and works so well with DDD being a nudge game.

I totally agree. I run the Mummy simm in my DDDeluxe to change things up a bit. Having a TDHaywire and RWBDeluxe both running 42's in my game room (cause that's the only simm that works well with those titles. Damn you IGT), it helps break that 42 sound.. Grab one, Jim!!

I am such a freak, I intentionally seek out game kits with the lower SB chip numbers that will work with any simm just to keep a variety of sounds in the slot room. Only have two 42's out of 14 S2000's. Obsessive, this crap!
