Bally Alpha 2 Pro V32 - Error Question

I need help.  I am trying to install Playboy Hot Shot.  The game installs fine.  When I reboot the machine to start the game after the install I get this same Red Box error as the machine boots up.  It never boots all the way up to the game setup screen.  I do have the extra touch controller connected that is required since this game has a wheel topper.


I have seen others selling this game that have it installed on the V32 with the wheel showing on the normal topper.  I have my machine setup (OS, Bios) as the person who I received the game from.  We can't figure out why his works and mine does not.  Anyone have any suggestions?


I have factory reset the machine several times,
Did the clear process
Switched all the cables to different ports
Switched the ram in the CPU


Nothing seems to work.  I keep getting the same error.

Do you have the same video topper as your supplier, it could be a resolution issue on the topper.

Hey Rick,  Thanks for the reply.  Yes, we both have the same standard video topper.  Its really strange.

Solved the issue. Had to connect the topper to one of the three display ports at the top of the CPU. I had to use an adaptor to connect it there. Once I did this the game booted up and is ready to go.
