WTB IGT Topper Inserts & Do these other exist?

I am looking for topper inserts for the following or the whole topper.  Some of the pictures I have found to verify they exist or existed.


Now does anybody have any of these they are willing to part with and for how much.


And if you have a photo of any of those that I don't have a picture of post it so I know that it was even made.  I was told by someone that there was one for all of these at one time, but I will believe it when I see it.


Toppers/inserts:

Pink Panther - would need the whole topper if you had this one. Picked up the Diamond One but would love the full head

Cigar - no picture
Moolah - no picture Got this one 

Wild Thing - either of the 2 available - not going to pay 100.00 for the ones on ebay 

Ms Little Green Men - no picture - would take any of the 3 - little green men, ms little green men or reunion Got the Reunion one but would still like the Ms Little Green Men so it is game correct 
Munsters - no picture of green - would take either green or purple

If Moolah was an S+ game and double triple Moolah was an S2000, is there a Simm Card for double triple Moolah?  I can't find one through google.  I am curious if it plays cows moo'ing     Hope one exists that would be great, if it does someone let me know the DSV #
