i did the safe ram clear and now i have these codes.i turn game on and off and display number went down one.also all the lights are flashing. here is a pics thank you

The power supply voltage is low, check the voltages, there is a adjustment inside the power supply to set the 5V to 5.16V as Bally recommended.
If you can't get the voltage up then you need a new module. There is a sticky on NLG on how to repair your own.
See attached for info on voltages and where to test.
Let them that don't want any, have memories of not getting any.

Check battery voltage.

ok so i turned game on today got code 88 again so i checked battery voltage 2.4 because they used this crazy battery holder.well i put the right battery in and did the safe ram again now this is whats in my display.is this normal , is the coin conspirator bad.coin just fall through,or should i do the voltage test thanks

On the Bally 5500, a decimal point in win/paid first position means a system reset has occurred not due to a malfunction. A decimal point in the second position means door was opened. I think both would clear after a spin but seems like your comparator is not working right. Check the coin and make sure it's the correct one and that it's seated correctly in the comparator.

Make sure that small switch just to the right of the test button is in the UP position or the coin comparator won't work.
