Likely 3004 boots with 09S OS, (mismatched)
It isn't truly a recoverable, it is a fatal error (non recoverable)


If you have the 3004 boots in, change OS to something like A09.

What game or games, os and boots is on it? I think I was wrong with my earlier response, I was thinking of the Lua error and light controller process exit failure red screens.


Have you tried to key it off? Does it come right back or after a few minutes?

Did you turn the key to see what happens?
You might have to RAM clear the game.
