I've following message (picture) on my IGT if I try to enable or disable games and all other settings are not selectable. Thanks for helping.

You need an ekey 7

The ekey 7 is inserted behind the security door

No credits in machine, also some dealers insert something on the security door switch, remove whatever keeps the switch closed, it is usually a piece of ticket printer paper bent to fit in the hook keeping the switch closed.  It should be located on the upper half of the area behind the security door.

Yeah, there was a ticket jammed, removed it. But it still behaves the same. Added the message I get after the ekey is plugged in and the plugged in ekey as a picture. I couldn't get any credit while this error is being present.

Do you have an ipc game installed?

I solved it, the problem was I had to open the main door, sorry or that.

Now I have the problem that the Bill Validator doesn't work with Back to the Future. Where do I have to set it?

Now it works, the switch next to the ekey I had to block paper with the printer again, this had to be removed for the ekey to work. You never stop learning.

Weird, I never had to have the main door open to make changes.
