Source for reel glass denomination inserts?

I purchased a new reel glass and would like to acquire a new 5 cent denomination insert.  Anybody know where those are available?  I'm not really set up to print them as I don't have a color printer and would prefer not having to go to Staples or somewhere like that.  I'm also going to try a WTB ad.

Another option is to print them but I don't have a color printer and it was easier than going to a local printer.
