Munsters 3 credit glass available for 16"?

Curious to know whether The Munsters s2000 was ever available as a 3-credit version for the 16" machine. Aside from the chop tops and round tops, I've only seen it as a 2-credit. Does anyone know?

I'm sure it's out there...maybe just rare.  Munsters S2000 kits anymore are near impossible to find in any size...especially 16" or RT.
