S2000 Vision LCD Battery Location??
« on: October 11, 2014, 08:56:57 AM »

I have an IGT S2000 Vision Double Diamond Run...The machine has been turned off for about a month..was working fine...I started to play a game and after about 2 minutes the screen went blank and now when I try to restart the game...the machine begins the start up sequence...then when it gets to "Display passes self-test"...it stops and clicks and then loops back to this same message over and over again....I have read other posts which indicate it could be a battery problem in the Top LCD monitor....Where is the battery located and what voltage should it be?

Thanks for the help...

It's a 3v coin battery in the top box CPU cabinet. Open it, you'll see it, but you'll need a screwdriver to get into the enclosure
