The proper chips are on the way from RB. Is there any specific procedure I have to follow to install them?

You're gonna need safe ram clear chips to replace the mains unless you have leave in mains. You can familiarize yourself with the safe ram clear procedure by downloading the proslot manual or by reading the sticky thread at the very top of this section.

Just a note. Your picture shows a sticker saying J10 is a battery jumper. J10 is not a battery jumper . If you look at the printing on the PC board next to J10 it shows SRAM clear. J10 is the jumper pins used to do the clear.

Thanks for the help everybody. I installed the correct chips and did a complete clear. The machine now pays out correctly! Next on the list, get the bill validator to work, but that's for a different post.
