S2000 Sound out of only 1 speaker

I have a 5xPay 5cr, 5 Line game that only gets sound from one speaker. What I have done:
Tested the other speaker to make sure it works
Switched Speaker Pigtails
Switched Sound Board that speakers plug into
Changed CPU
Changed Power Supply
Disconnected tray speaker

Still no sound from both speakers. Now this game is running with the S-Plus chip, I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it, also in the menu, I do not get asked for Mono or Stereo. Any Ideas what to try next?

It likely has a stereo harness in the top box and no enhanced sound. Switch to a mono harness or add a MML and SIMM to it.

I did have a MML board with a 42 card, With or without, same thing. What does the mono harness look like and can I make one from the stereo one?

See pics. if you are not getting the mono, stereo and other enhanced options, then you may have a bad MML or SIMM.
