Panel Light Holder?

Hey Roz - Do you or do you know anyone that sells the little quarter-turn holder for the mini light bulbs in the circuit board panel that lights up the "insert coin" "25 cent" and "coin accepted" windows below the reel windows? I have one that has an ear broken off and it won't hold the contacts against the circuit board firm enough to light the bulb.
