MCM Electronics used to have them, but it looks like they're no longer available.  They were made by Ledtech P/N 19209-210.  A quick search on google didn't come up with anyone who has them in stock.  Too bad, they worked well and looked good.

I searched MCM, Mouser, Suzo, and SuperBright, no luck.

Don't really know for sure their correct name, multi-directional, 4-way, etc.

Thanks for the part info. Might be a starting point.

I had trouble finding those bulbs as well, and purchased these thinking they might be a good alternative. Unfortunately, they suck. Just not bright enough.

well I found something similar and the voltage is 12 v dc and here is the ebay item number with a picture
