BB2 24V light on backplane not Lit

Hi
I am getting No Signal on my screens. The bottom led light of the 5 on the backplane is not lit. I switched power supplies with a known working one, same thing. Now I changed out the backplane, same thing. I checked all the plugs, in tight, anyone know what I should be looking for? I also tried another Next2 Cpu.

I believe there is a separate 24V power supply in the mid section above the MPU .

You may be thinking of a WMS BB1 Sunrise Side?
The BB2 backplane recieves the 24Vdc from the PSU's J5 header via 4-pin harness with black and blue wiring at J11.
The 4-wire harness has two blue wires carrying 24Vdc each with two black ground wires.
